OBJECTIVES
- To work with marginalized communities through program planning, leadership training & net working with other partners and allies
- To build the capacity through training, consultation and Organizational Development Assistance (ODA)
- To conduct action oriented research projects and programs on different issues and to share the results with partners, net works and other allies
- To develop an enabling environment to improve conditions and situations through lobbying, advocacy & building capacity to exercise human rights and democracy
- To socially mobilize and activate the rural communities for social democratization issues through community management process
